His background spans sales, operations, business development, real estate, strategy, financial analysis, process improvement and scaling businesses through different stages of growth.
He founded Optimized AI around a simple idea: businesses shouldn't have to become AI experts to benefit from AI. Technology should be applied around the business — helping capture opportunity, remove friction, create capacity and drive more profitable growth.
As Founder and Principal Growth Strategist, Craig serves as the senior strategic point connecting a client's business objectives and economics to the right people, AI and technology.
